We are presenting dishes from the Caspian region of Iran. The region is a southern part of the Caspian Sea (the biggest lake in the world). Gilaki cuisine is one of the most flavorful cuisines in middle east and it got recognized by UNESCO'S creative gastronomy regions. Join us to try new ingredients and flavors.
