I am a classically trained pastry chef with a focus on baking science. I love to eat but I love to know what's in my food at the same time. From croissants to sourdough, I know how to make a lot of delicious confections and love showing others how to make them at home. I have lived coast to coast and take a lot of influence from my surroundings and do what I can to make things in a eco friendly fashion as well.
