Our menu is mix of Pacific rim influence and French culinary techniques. My husband Chad and I met in Culinary School years ago. This menu is our ode to our Love for food. We enjoy bold flavors that have a kick of flavor. Come join us!

Rustic beets
Golden and purple beets, tossed with a lemon ginger vinaigrette, micro greens, dried apricots, toasted pistachios. Creamy feta cheese crumbles. These beets are local.
Braised Asian spiced short ribs
A nice hearty winter meal, these beautiful short ribs are slow braised in a flavorful sauce with ginger, garlic, five spice, anise ,soy and sesame. Surely to leave you satisfied. Served with creamy toasted sesame mashed potatoes. Braised baby bok choy. Garnished with blood orange and honey anise carrots.
Chocolate Velvet cake
This stunning cake is a flourless cake! Rich creamy dark chocolate notes with a splash of Kahlua and flecks of local sea salt. Dusted with powdered sugar and frosted berries. Whipped cream,dried raspberries and a berry blood orange coulis.
