In this fun and informative class you will learn how to build a savory, rich broth that is 100% plant based. We will be using all sorts of umami rich ingredients like miso, seaweed, tamari, onions and mushrooms to enrich the broth base. There is even a secret ingredient that will take the whole thing up to 11.
