Food is a form of expression; to be able to create any dish and make it your signature style. It could be a representation of heritage, family, upbringing, anything they want it to be, and for me, it is a way to represent and express my culture. Family, love and unity is the dynamic of my Costa Rican culture that I try to share with the world through the representation of my meals.
