We start our meal with my classic pickled vegetables and lightly curried chicken salad with crackers all to take the edge off upon your arrival. Then I offer up my famous 20-hour, sous-vide pork spare ribs, glazed with my spicy honey; these tender ribs are sticky sweet and spicy. Bottles of spicy honey will be on the tables so you can add more to your own liking. Braised tender collard greens flavored with onions and bacon finish and baked beans complete your plate. Cornbread with orange honey butter will be on the tables as well. To finish the meal we will have trio of sweets, banana pudding, rich brownies and coconut macaroons.

Fresh vegetables in a light pickle to snack on taking the edge off your hunger, and its a nice way to eat your veggies, remember mom is watching.
lightly curried chicken salad with crackers

Dark and light meat chicken poached just until tender then diced and bound with a lightly curried mayonnaise along with finely diced celery apples and green onions , presented with crackers.
Hot and spicy honey ribs

St Louis style ribs, rubbed with my special seasonings then allowed to soak up all the good flavors, cooked sous vide style for 20 hours to ensure tenderness to the bone yet still a bit of chew, finished in a hot oven with spicy honey to glaze and give the ribs a bit of a kick, with bottles of this wonderful spiced honey on the tables for you to add on if so desired.
