Pimento cheese and raw vegetables

A classic welcome dish in the south, served with crackers, a little heat in the back and lush cheddar cheese as the center stage component accented with diced pimento's.

Slightly sweet and tart, vegetables to nibble on and take the edge of hunger away. From carrots to string beans and cauliflower to a variety of flavors and textures in between.

My classic sweet and spicy spare ribs, tender, slowly cooked sous vide style and finished in a hot oven, presented with a side of potato salad, just to get ya in the mood for a comfort dinner. And remember ribs are finger food.
Chicken and dumplings, and a side of collard green with onions
Entree
Chicken slowly cooked in chicken sock with celery onions and herbs, enriched with cream, finished with peas and of course house made dill dumplings cooked on top. Served a side of braised collard greens and onions, a perfect cold weather dish.
