fagiolo bianco e salvia crostini con anatra prosciutto

White beans cooked with fresh sage and roasted garlic, mashed and spread on thin slices of toasted bread, topped with thinly sliced house made duck breast prosciutto and a slivers of fresh sage leaves
Zucca in Agrodolce con rucola
Small Plate
Cubes of butternut squash roasted until tender, and served with peppery arugula leaves and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction, a great welcome to a meal. A gluten free dish.

Polenta pie made with caramelized onions, roasted garlic cloves and smoked mozzarella, baked until firm yet still meltingly tender, presented with a fresh herb salad alongside for contrast of texture, and freshness to the rich yet humble pie. A gluten free dish

Tender sirloin steak, pan seared and finished in a classic Neapolitan tomato sauce with peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and herbs, presented with sauteed escarole and Gaeta olives. A gluten free dish.

Perfect fall pears, quartered, coated lightly in seasoned brown sugar, roasted and presented with gingered/vanilla mascarpone and Graham dust for texture. Can be gluten free is you request no "dust".

Semi sweet chocolate bark with Sicilian pistachio nuts, grated orange rind and a light sprinkle of Sea salt for counterpoint, finishes this meal out. Gluten free.
