The summer brings us wonderful produce, vibrant colors in in many forms, as well as travel and dining with friends. This menu encompasses summer to me, farm fresh produce, dishes from various cuisines providing us with a mosaic of tastes, textures and colors. Sit back and enjoy the "tour" while I drive the bus and be your tour guide for the night. But remember, wear some tie dye clothing and have a flower in your hair.

Roasted fresh corn kernels. fresh herbs, California olive oil and citrus juices ,topped with seared/sliced duck breast dry rubbed for 24 hours prior to cooking, presented over over greens.
Cornish hen halves tagine style
Cornish hen halves cooked tagine style with house preserved lemons, olives, farmers market vegetables, flavored with saffron, ginger, garlic, cinnamon and tumeric, garnished with toasted almonds and pitted dates, with cous cous
Individual Nutella cheesecakes
When American style cheesecake and Italian Nutella combine, the results are rich and indulgent yet not heavy. Garnished with seasonal farmers market fruit, a wonderful end to our tour this evening.
