Sunday is a sacred day around the table in Italy as families feast on lovingly made home cooked suppers together. Deborah is hosting this monthly live-streaming class to replicate the tradition and teach you to prepare an authentic Italian Sunday meal to share with your loved ones. This month's menu features the classic Italian dish, "Stracotto di Manzo", a Tuscan slow-cooked beef braised in red wine and porcini mushrooms and served with hand-stirred polenta.
