Join Chef Deborah Dal Fovo for “Italian Sunday Supper”, an online cooking class from her kitchen to yours. Sunday is a sacred day around the table in Italy as families feast on lovingly made home-cooked meals together. Chef Deborah hosts a special monthly livestream class to honor this tradition and teach you how to prepare an authentic Italian Sunday meal each month to share at your table. This month's menu features classic "Tagliatelle alla Bolognese", a sumptuous pasta dish from Bologna with silky, hand-cut egg pasta ribbons dressed in a rich, slow-cooked meat sauce. During this class, Chef Deborah will guide you step-by-step in preparing authentic recipes of this timeless dish that you can enjoy later in the day. She will show you how to make, roll, and cut silky egg pasta dough into ribbons by hand and prepare each essential step of the ragù. NOTE: A pasta rolling machine is preferred but not required and long rolling pin can be used instead. You can also relax and watch the pasta-making technique while joining in as we make the ragù during class and purchase good quality Italian tagliatelle for your dish. You’ll receive an ingredient list to cook along with Chef Deborah or just watch and make the meal later using her recipes. Class cost includes lesson, recipe, and link to recorded video of the class.
