Springtime is here and it's time for light and fluffy gnocchi made with seasonal vegetables! During this cooking class, Chef Deborah will teach you to make two different types of gnocchi using spring vegetables: spinach and ricotta gnocchi called "gnudi" (or 'naked' ravioli without the pasta), and carrot and potato gnocchetti (little gnocchi).
