Italian Christmas Cookies - Online Baking Workshop

Join Italian Chef Deborah Dal Fovo for "Italian Christmas Cookies", an online baking workshop from her kitchen to yours. The holidays aren't complete without a beautiful platter of homemade cookies to share, and Italian biscotti are the most delectable to include in your assortment. During this live interactive cooking class, you will bake along with Deborah and make 3 of her favorite classic Italian cookies, or just watch and use her recipes and the recording of the class to make your cookies later. The classic Italian cookies we will make during workshop: - Frollini Pinwheels — Italian "frolla" cookies are known for their delicate, buttery goodness. These plain and cocoa spirals give a modern to your cookie platter. - Pistachio Amaretti (GF) — a twist on the classic almond paste cookie, these flourless gluten-free treats include green pistachio nuts for irresistible color and flavor. - Baci di Dama (Lady Kisses) — Piemonte's iconic delicacy combines fragrant toasted hazelnuts in a double cookie sandwiched with bittersweet chocolate ganache. Class takes place on Zoom with link provided once you register. You'll receive a list of ingredient/equipment list, Deborah's signature recipes, and link to the video recording of the class to download and keep for future baking.
