Master the secret to perfect risotto with Italian Chef Deborah Dal Fovo + Riso Buono to raise funds for Ukraine! Join Chef Deborah Dal Fovo in collaboration with Italian rice producer Riso Buono for "Cook for Ukraine - Risotto Masterclass", a special online cooking class to raise funds for Ukraine. Proceeds will go to World Central Kitchen, Chef Jose Andreas' non-profit organization providing meals to Ukrainian people during the war with Russia. During this live-streaming interactive masterclass, Chef Deborah will share her secrets to making perfect risotto. You will learn about rice, broth, other ingredients and techniques needed to master the basic intuitive risotto method. During the class, Chef Deborah will teach you - in a step-by-step demonstration - how to make the most iconic of all Italian risotti, Risotto alla Milanese with saffron. Participants will receive an ingredient list and recipe to cook along in real time or just watch and make the risotto at a later time.
