Learn to make handmade ravioli and filled pasta shapes with Italian Chef Deborah Dal Fovo! Join Italian Chef Deborah Dal Fovo for her "Ravioli and Filled Pasta Workshop", an online cooking class from her kitchen to yours! During this 2-hour livestream pasta workshop, Chef Deborah will teach you how to: make fresh egg pasta dough from scratch, roll the dough into sheets using a pasta machine, use the sheets to fill, cut, and form different stuffed shapes. You'll learn to make a myriad of traditional Italian filled pasta shapes from different regions and how to cook, sauce, and store them. Deborah will also teach you a quick pasta sauce to dress your finished ravioli so, once class has ended, lunch or dinner is served! This is a timely workshop to prepare Easter ravioli : ). Participants will need a pasta rolling machine or long rolling pin and basic pasta tools (pasta wheel, cookie cutters, ruler) for for this class. You’ll receive an ingredient list to cook along with Chef Deborah, or just watch and make the ravioli later. No worries if you can't attend the LIVE class - each participant will receive Deborah's recipes and a video recording of the class to cook at their leisure. Workshop cost includes lesson, recipe, and link to video of the class afterward. It’s a fun, interactive way to master Italian dishes for your home cooking repertoire.
