The classic Italian cookies we will make in class are: Amaretti Morbidi (GF) — the queen of Italian sweets, this beloved soft almond cookie is a classic with irresistible fragrance and flavor and naturally gluten-free. Dusted with snowy powdered sugar, they make "White Christmas" magic.
