Prior to becoming the Executive Chef of Watershed Kitchen & Bar, Ohio’s first distillery-based restaurant, Jack Moore served as Executive Sous Chef of The Greenhouse Tavern in Cleveland, working under Jonathon Sawyer. As Chef de Cuisine of Black Pig, he was named a Rising Star by Cleveland Scene. Jack’s menus are playful yet thoughtful, reflective of growing up in rural Ohio, and made with respecting for seasonal produce and the local community of farmers. Jack embodies Honest Midwest Food.
