Workshop is a wood-fired, neighborhood restaurant opening in 2018. We want to show off some of our initial menu plans! We don't have a wood-wired oven yet, but we'll work with what got to show off our chops until our restaurant is built out!

Barbecued Oyster

Slowly and served with Battuto Butter (loaded with garlic and parsley) and fresh lemon.
Smoked Bluefish Dip
Small Plate
A creamy alder-smoked bluefish dip topped with pickled red onions, chives, and local EVOO. Served with Workshop sesame "saltines".
Baja Kanpachi Crudo with Kale Salad
Small Plate
Tender kale tossed in a roasted sweet and spicy almond dressing with fresh herbs, served with thinly sliced kanpachi and a touch of fresh citrus ponzu.
Bavette with Rock Shrimp Ragout and Burrata
Small Plate
long, thin noodles with a spicy, tomato-based ragout, topped with fresh burrata.
Casarecce with Braised Octopus, Bone Marrow, and Breadcrumbs

Casarecce topped with chunks of tender red wine-braised octopus, a bone marrow-infused tomato passata, and crunchy bread crumbs.
Crisp-As-A-Chip Branzino Filet

Served over a bed of artichoke and pine nut caponata and a rich saffron-shellfish broth.
Handsome Rob's Key Lime Pie
Dessert
If Handsome Rob approves of it, it must be good. Served with a walnut and graham cracker crust and topped with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
