We want to show off some of our initial menu plans! We don't have a wood-wired oven yet, but we'll work with what got to show off our chops until our restaurant is built out!

Smoked Beef Tartare
Small Plate
Hand-chopped strip loin mixed with shallots, herbs, and local EVOO. Served atop smoked tonnato and country toast with a hefty sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Shaved Brussels Sprouts
Small Plate
Simply prepared with fresh lemon, local EVOO, a generous helping of Pecorino, and crushed almonds.
Mushroom Lasagna
Small Plate
Foraged mushrooms, gooey, melty cheeses, and hand-rolled sheets of fresh pasta.
Brisket Shepherd's Pie
Our hickory-smoked brisket, chopped and mixed with winter vegetables, topped with brown butter potato puree
"Quatro" Leches
Tres Leches cake served with dulce de leche, fresh banana, and Corto extra virgin olive oil
