Jessica Largey won the 2015 James Beard Rising Star Chef award. She spent the majority of her culinary career working at David Kinch’s three Michelin-starred Manresa, working up the line from chef de partie to chef de cuisine. Prior, Largey cooked at Providence in Los Angeles and Bastide in West Hollywood. Most recently, she embarked on SIMONE, her first restaurant venture in Los Angeles.
