As food becomes ever more central to a vision of the world in which the values of sustainability, equality, integrity, craft and joy guide us, chefs are leading the way, taking action, advocating for change. The James Beard Foundation, The Farm Project, and Feastly have joined forces to create a special experience on Rain Lilly Farm during SXSW where these values can come together in a delicious celebration of food and hospitality. Renee Erickson owner of Seattle's Sea Creatures Restaurant Group won the 2016 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northwest. Joy Crump of FOODĒ and Mercantile is known for crafting the seasons’ best locally-sourced ingredients into comfortably refined dishes. Anita Jaisinghani, the chef & owner of award-winning Indika and Pondicheri, combines the complexities of Indian cuisine with the best of local ingredients. Join us along with Farmhouse Delivery, Tito's Vodka, Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards, San Pellegrino and Vital Farms.
