Up-Rooted is a culinary story of a chef and his wife, formerly from Florida, who travel the US in search of new adventures and culinary cultures. Our goal is to provide refined yet accessible dining experiences that showcase where we have been while highlighting where we are now. Chef James, formerly of Le Bernardin, brings his love of all things culinary to the table. With his fine dining background and love of comfort food, he hopes to bring a sense of nostalgia with a modern twist. We pride ourselves on sourcing from local and sustainable Bay area farms, and local businesses. We may be far from home, but we believe that home is where good food and friends come together. Please join us in creating a bigger home. At this time Up-Rooted is a BYOB event. Complimentary sparkling wine with canapes. Complimentary hot tea with dessert.
