James LaLonde is the Executive Chef at Bocadillos. He has worked in many of San Francisco's top kitchens. A native of the High Plains, he moved to San Francisco in 2005. His resume includes Delfina, Maverick, SPQR and Slow Club. He brings a strong passion for clean flavors and simple ingredients. His work as Executive Chef at Bocadillos continues to evolve Gerald Hirigoyen's San Sebastian meets San Francisco approach.
