Jason Hua grew up in LA. He left when I was 17 to go to Boston University, where he studied Business and Finance. He started cooking in the middle, working at restaurants. After he finished school, he left and went to New York to study at the Culinary Institute of America. Before he came to be the executive chef at The Dutch, he was Chef de Cuisine at Fiamma under Fabio Trabocchi, then to Boqueria.
