I'm a fifth generation Native San Franciscan with a passion for food and wine. I bake professionally and I cook for fun. On the fun side, I love going to the farmers; market and buying obscene amounts of veggies and then figuring out how to use all of them. On the pro side, I have worked in professional restaurant pastry kitchens for the last ten years, and now I have started my own business, Native Baking Company, focusing on creative bar cookies.
