Served with Andante Farms Fried Cheese Curds and Topped with Marin Roots herbs and flowers.

Our favorite free range, sustainable, humanly raised, organic animals and poultry! We create dishes highlighting the animal as well as its favorite vegetables! May Example: Heritage Duroc Pork Chop. May Yellow Peaches. 25 year old Giusti Aceto Balsamico. Feral Heart Farm Artichokes. Red Spring Onions. Farro March example: Hidden Villa in Los Altos's Rack of Spring Lamb served with the textured and flavors of the rainbow carrots grown in their garden. Spring dug parsnip puree and chips.
