Enjoy a Kamayan dinner with an optional Add-On by Infanta Lambanog, the "Filipino vodka" distilled from coconut nectar! Celebrate with a fun and unique dining experience of 'Kamayan', or "eating with your hands." We lay down a bed of rice across the middle of your table wrapped in banana leaves, then plate out your menu around the rice. It's great Filipino food, a fun dining experience and some award-winning Lambanog by Infanta! It's Kamayan and Kocktails!

(menu subject to change) Afritada Drummettes - marinated in lemon, soy sauce and tomatoe sauce. Tocino - cured, sweet pork. Drunken Tahong - mussels sauteed in Lambanog ("filipino vodka"). Tinapang Bangus - smoked milkfish w/caramelized onions. Pinakbet - sauteed eggplant, okra, bittermelon, long beans and kabocha squash. Sides - roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, sauteed bok choy and seasonal fruit. Dessert - TBD
