With so much sadness at the unexpected passing of Anthony Bourdain, our upcoming Kamayan popup will be a tribute to the man who showcased Filipino food to the world and who had a special place in his heart for our Filipino culture and cuisine. Join us for a Kamayan dinner, or "eating with your hands" the traditional Filipino way, as we share some of the flavors Anthony Bourdain tasted during his time in the Philippines. Don't forget to bring your San Miguel and other favorite beers!

Sisig - tarty pork dish
Adobo Drumsticks - soy sauce and garlic-based chicken
Tinapang Bangus - smoked milkfish
Pancit Palabok - noodle dish with shrimp and egg
Pinakbet - eggplant, long beans, bittermelon and kabocha squash sauteed with shrimp paste.
