Noche Buena in the Filipino culture means "Good Night" or "Holy Night."  It is traditionally the meal that follows midnight mass on Christmas Eve.  Pampalasa is hosting it's own version of a Noche Buena dinner as a Kamayan feast where you will get to eat "with your hands." We lay down a bed of rice across the middle of your table wrapped in banana leaves, then sequentially plate out your fixed menu around that bed of rice. Please join us for this fun and traditional Filipino experience.
