Join us as we host a traditional Filipino communal kamayan-style dinner for Lunar New Year. Lunar New Year is not an official holiday in the Philippines, but Filipino cuisine has many influences from the Chinese culture.
We will lay down a bed of rice across the middle of your table wrapped in banana leaves, then sequentially and plate out your fixed menu around that bed of rice directly onto the banana leaves. You will then eat your entire meal the traditional Filipino-way, with your hands!
