Join us as we host a traditional Filipino communal kamayan-style dinner for Lunar New Year. The Lunar New Year is not an official holiday in the Philippines, but it is celebrated by many, and our cuisine has many influences from the Chinese culture. Join us in celebrating the new year with a traditional Filipino way of eating with your hands, kamayan.
We will lay down a bed of rice across the middle of your table wrapped in banana leaves, then sequentially and completely plate out your fixed menu around that bed of rice directly onto the banana leaves.
