Enjoy a taste of Filipino culture with a fun and unique dining experience with Filipino eats & drinks! Kamayan is the Filipino word for the traditional way of "eating with your hands." We lay down a bed of rice across the middle of your table wrapped in banana leaves, then sequentially plate out your fixed menu around that bed of rice. Lambanog is "Filipino vodka" distilled from coconut nectar. You can choose to add-on Infanta Lambanog's award winning lambanog and their 3-course cocktail menu!

Pork Lumpia - fried springroll with ground pork. Bistek - citrus-marinated beef with onions. Tocino Skewers - cured sweet pork. Sauteed Shrimp - shrimp sauteed in garlic and coconut milk. Tinapang Bangus - smoked milkfish with caramelized onions Ginataang Kalabasa - sauteed vegetables in coconut milk. Sides - roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, sauteed bok choy and seasonal fruit. DESSERT - TBD
