For years, this guest-favorite recipe has appeared on my menus in various forms. It is a nearly perfect recipe that balances the sweetness of shrimp with the salty-briney capers and acidic sundried tomatoes. The best part though is it's super easy to prepare, the prawns can be wrapped a day or two early, and you will get maximum "wow factor" with minimum effort! In this class, I will show you how to properly clean and wrap prawns, and make a deceptively easy sundried tomato caper relish, and white wine/butter pan sauce. Serve this as an appetizer for a special occasion or pair with a nice risotto and you have an amazing weekday dinner.
