BasicalIy, I love to cook simple and honest, farm-driven food. My goal is to create dishes layered with complex flavors and texture, but in essence are surprisingly straight-forward. I utilize local, seasonally fresh ingredients and maintain strong relationships with the purveyors I've worked closely with for the past seven years.

I believe that food is one of the most important connections between people - supporting healthy bodies and communities when done well. I'm currently working on a new project with my wife, Celia, called Imperfetta. We were inspired by the accessibility and spirit of the bacari all over Venice, Italy and hope to share our interpretation of it through this Feastly dinner!
