Jesse Barber was trained in the classic French techniques and has since cooked in Italian, Japanese, Mexican, French and new-American kitchens. Recognized for his recent work in Venice Beach - at The Tasting Kitchen, Barnyard and Dudley Market - Chef Barber has found his niche creating honest dishes with deeply layered flavor and texture while utilizing wholesome, seasonal ingredients.
