BIO

Jesse started working in hospitality after he stopped his acting career in Los Angeles and moved to Seattle. Looking for a new start, he began bar backing and doing prep at Rob Roy, an internationally acclaimed and award winning bar. Slowly he climbed to the position of General Manager. After the company opened two new locations, he was able to help manage their tropical/tiki inspired bar Navy Strength, as well. After leaving the company, Jesse began working with a brand new hotel in downtown Seattle called The Charter Hotel. Acting as the Beverage Director, he ran their rooftop bar, Fog Room, and also created the cocktail menus for special events, banquets, and their Argentinian restaurant, Patagon. He then began working at L'Oursin, a James Beard nominated French restaurant and natural wine bar, and Foreign National, a small craft cocktail bar that's touted as one of the best bars in Seattle. During his time in the PNW, Jesse has been fortunate enough to work at everything from weddings to corporate events, and even create original cocktails for well-known brands like Beam/Suntory, Campari America, Lucas Bols, and Torani Coffee, to name a few. Jesse is now the Beverage Manager for the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, overseeing their four bars and curating their beer, wine, and cocktails for the property.

Jesse has been featured in numerous publications such as The Seattle Times, Zagat, Seattle Magazine, Eater, Thrillist, and Seattle Met among others. His cocktails have been highlighted by Tales of the Cocktail, King 5 News, and KOMO 4 News. Jesse also has cocktails credited in books such as 'The One-Bottle Cocktail' (released March 2018) and 'Batch Cocktails' (March 2019) via Ten Speed Press.
