And then you can decide which gnocchi reigns supreme! This class is designed to allow guests to prepare the recipe in real-time with Chef Joe! The origin story of this classic dish is still up for debate, but what everyone agrees on, is that it is DELICIOUS. You won’t find any cream, butter, or peas here. Chef Joe will walk you through the steps and techniques, beginning with temperature management, to creating a smooth and creamy sauce emulsion. The classic carbonara is only a few ingredients, and one of the show stopping highlights of Italian cuisine.
