Okay, you're in Chinatown. And you're passing by a bakery, and you see these golden yellow tarts with a flaky pastry. You bite into its sweet custardy heart and wonder... "Hmmm, can I make one of these at home?" Well friend, the answer is "YES!", and you won't BELIEVE how easy it is! What's included: - Personal instruction from yours truly - A recipe for how to make your own egg tarts that can rival the best Hong Kong-style bakeries in your town - A crash course on basic Cantonese and Mandarin terms! A week before the event, a grocery list will be made available via email and/or my Discord channel (https://discord.gg/2keBWA9), and a few days before, a Zoom link will be emailed to you.
