John Rudolph is the Executive Chef at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Starting his career in Buffalo, NY, he attended the Culinary Institute of America to hone his skills. After graduating, he went to work at the historic Boca Raton Resort & Club where he worked his way up the ranks. He became the Executive Chef at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in 2018, where he currently oversees all culinary operations. He enjoys taking clean, simple flavors and elevating them to carefully crafted dishes.
