In this class I'll be demonstrating how to make tagliatelle with whole wheat flour from Camas Country Mill. We'll cover everything from what to look for when making dough and how to properly use a pasta roller to get the best results. I'll be showing a few other pasta shapes that you can make with this kind of dough and how to laminate herbs and flowers into your pasta dough. After the demo there will be a family style pasta dinner featuring tagliatelle as the main course!
