Ravioli! In this class we'll cover everything from making dough, using a pasta sheeter, shaping ravioli, and incorporating herbs and flowers into pasta dough! This class will be mostly demonstration with a small hands on portion for students to practice shaping ravioli. After class we'll sit down to a family style pasta dinner with ravioli as the main course!
