This is a small, partially hands-on pasta making class where students will see how pasta dough is made and rolled out using a hand-crank pasta roller. Students will then practice shaping ravioli and get to take home the pasta they make in class. After the class portion there is a family-style pasta dinner with ravioli as the main course. This class is a great opportunity to make new friends and learn some techniques and details of pasta making that you might not have seen before.
