In this class we'll be making ricotta cavatelli! Students will watch a pasta making demonstration, then get hands on experience making cavatelli. Students get to take home what they make in class along with recipes to make at home. This class is about two hours long and includes light snacks and refreshments. *This is different than the classes held at Sweedeedee (no meal included) but there will be LOTS of pasta making and noodles to take home and cook!
