In this class we’ll be making orecchiette with a special focus on how to incorporate barley flour into the dough. Students will watch a demonstration then get plenty of hands-on experience practicing and making orecchiette. Each student will have enough pasta at the end of class to take home and make for dinner along with recipes for future pasta making. This class is about two hours long and includes light snacks and refreshments.
