In this class we'll be making ricotta cavatelli! Students will watch a pasta making demonstration, then get hands on experience making cavatelli. Students get to take home what they make in class (enough for dinner!) along with noodle and sauce recipes to make at home. This class also includes a sauce making demo and lunch snacks.
