In this class students will learn to perfect their pasta rolling skills using a hand-crank pasta roller then learn to shape garganelli using wooden boards and dowels. This is a small, very hands-on class with lots of practice time. Students take home the pasta they make in class along with recipes to practice at home. Lunch is included.
