In this class you'll get hands-on experience and learn to make ravioli and other filled pasta shapes. Students will get to take home the pasta that they make in class along with recipes to practice at home. After the class portion we'll be sitting down to a three course communal style pasta dinner. Class includes a glass of bubbles and snacks upon arrival. Additional wine will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
