Some delicious Asian flavors through my own interpretation and deliciousness. This menu showcases some of my prior work experience in Southeast Asian kitchens (Indonesian) and at my current job which is at a Vietnamese restaurant. In Southeast Asian cultures, salads are extensively eaten, its a great vessel for delicious food, keep things light and get to eat more! We'd recommend adding a Singha or two or adding a glass of Vino Verde to your meal! Both pair greatly with the food I'll be serving. I hope to see you all at my popup!

Homemade Kimchi with Daikon
BBQ Pork Spring Rolls
Spring rolls will include marinated and grilled pork tenderloin, cucumber, lettuce, aioli, mint, and vermicelli noodles. Served with nuoc cham dressing.
Crispy Rice Salad
Small Plate
Crunchy, spicy, tangy, this salad hits your pallet in every way possible. It'll include Chinese sausage, ginger, red onion, hardboiled egg, thai chili powder, peanuts, scallion, cilantro, lime, fish sauce.
Grilled Steak Salad

Marinated New York strip and grilled. The salad will include, red onion, toasted rice powder, thai chili powder, maitake mushrooms, grape tomatoes, mint, scallion, cilantro, fish sauce, lime.
Southeast Asian Grilled Pork Ribs
Marinated, then roasted in the oven for two hours until tender, then grilled upon serving. Ribs will be garnished with toasted sesame seeds, cilantro, and served with lime.
Thai Green Curry Jasmine Rice

Homemade thai green curry paste cooked with jasmine rice.

Purple & red cabbage, mint, yogurt, carrot, raisins
Banana Fritters
My own interpretation of a thai classic, fried bananas. The fritters will be served with stawberry ice cream, brown sugar caramel, and garnished with mint.
