Jordan Hamons is a classically-trained chef, cooking teacher and food and beverage consultant. Her experience includes working as a professional corporate chef, private chef and caterer. Jordan is the owner of Tablespoon Cooking Company, teaching home cooks of all skills levels how to cook good food through hands-on cooking classes and culinary events.
