Days grow longer and warmer, menus are finally showcasing lighter and brighter food. Hearty braises and root vegetables are giving way to tender greens, spring peas, green garlic, and ramps. Local farmer's markets abound. There is always something new to find! 'PALATE' is about flavor. This menu honors this Spring's best ingredients.
